Pavilion is a new development of sixteen apartments in Inverleith, one of Edinburgh’s most prestigious districts. With a range of options, from main door 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with private gardens, to spacious 4 bedroom penthouses, Pavilion offers exclusive city living in a secluded setting.

Prime Location

Inverleith is a wonderful area, with the vast Inverleith Park and neighbouring Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh at its heart. It has a range of boutique shops, bars, restaurants and cafés on Inverleith Row and nearby Stockbridge, as well as a Waitrose and five other major supermarkets all within a 10 minute drive.
