Our commercial developments employ the same high standards of design, innovation and quality as our residential properties, but it’s our flexibility that has perhaps been our defining strength in the marketplace. We’ve been able to adapt to exploit new markets, such as student accommodation; reconfigured residential blocks to create successful aparthotel investment opportunities; and in delivering a landmark office building with flexibility in its DNA, we were able to transform it into studio spaces, offices and a library for Edinburgh College of Art.
